7th to 9th has no difference to 4th to 6th?

i don't really understand how the 7th to 9th dimensions differ from the 4th to 6th. as surely you are just taking the 4th to 6th dimensions on the scale of the universe rather than the individual person and i dont quite see how theres a difference at the moment i know its to do with the starting conditions but how does two different starting conditions get joined by a line is it like the 4th dimension is it basically having all the different possible starting conditions and laws of physics? in that the line and if thats the case then how can they split off because surely theres no decision or anything occurring to cause a branch? can anybody help me understand?
thanks 4 ur time :)

Hi dannyg9090, welcome to the forum. Coincidentally, 45 minutes before you posted this question I posted a new blog entry that you could take us my latest attempt at explaining the highest dimensions. It's called "Why Do We Need More Than 3 Dimensions?". The blog entry is here:
http://imaginingthetenthdimension.blogs ... sions.html

Or the video blog version is here:

Or here on youtube:

Thanks for writing!

The Big difference (which by the way is extremely easy to miss because it is only mentions one time when explaining the 7th) is 7 through 9 includes all the possible time travel/ alternate time line travel scenarios. 4-6 doesn't include this.

But, consider this. we tend to look at time as a direction that encompasses all the properties of physics. however, please note that in the universe we observe, we only have one set of physical laws that can't be changed: opposites always attract. great densities of mass create a gravitational pull. gravity pulls, and so on. that is because if anything disobeyed these laws, they could only exist in higher dimensions.

So, in short, another point in the 7-9th dimensions would be a different set of physical laws.

as stated in my earlier post (http://www.tenthdimension.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?t=1631) we can only observe and live in 6 dimensions, so we can't control any higher dimensions, thus why we can't change the laws of physics, but we can still make decisions. we can only see one set of physics at a time.
