But, consider this. we tend to look at time as a direction that encompasses all the properties of physics. however, please note that in the universe we observe, we only have one set of physical laws that can't be changed: opposites always attract. great densities of mass create a gravitational pull. gravity pulls, and so on. that is because if anything disobeyed these laws, they could only exist in higher dimensions.
So, in short, another point in the 7-9th dimensions would be a different set of physical laws.
as stated in my earlier post (
http://www.tenthdimension.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?t=1631) we can only observe and live in 6 dimensions, so we can't control any higher dimensions, thus why we can't change the laws of physics, but we can still make decisions. we can only see one set of physics at a time.
