This contest is held by Talking Dog Studios (''the Sponsor'') and is open to all registered users of the YouTube website (excluding those in Quebec, Canada, and any other areas where such contests are prohibited by law). Persons who are not at the age of majority in the province, state, or country in which they reside must have their entry submitted by a parent or guardian. To enter, use your YouTube account to subscribe to the videos posted by the username 10thdim, and watch any of these songs: "Everything Fits Together", "The Anthropic Viewpoint", "Seven Levels", "Automatic", "The Unseen Eye", "Turquoise and White". Then, using the Karaoke versions of whichever song/songs you choose from these six, create your own video/videos of you or your friends singing the song/songs. Once you have created a video, send a notification via email to contest (at) tenthdimension (dot) com , including your YouTube username, and your name/address/phone number, and post your video entry at YouTube as a "Video Response" to the 10thdim Karaoke video you have chosen to perform. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations of Canada.

Interim Prizes of "Imagining the Tenth Dimension" t-shirts and books will be awarded weekly as entries come in, up to a combined total value of $500 over the duration of the contest. Grand Prize will be awarded on October 30, 2007 in a live broadcast from the Tenth Dimension website, so all entries must be posted at YouTube prior to this date. Don't wait to the last minute! Entering earlier increases your chances of winning the interim prizes. Plus, there is no prize limit per individual or household, and entrants awarded any of the interim prizes continue to be eligible for the Grand Prize. All decisions made by the appointed contest judges are final and without right of appeal with respect to all aspects of the Contest, including, without limitation, eligibility and/or disqualification of entries.

There is 1 Grand Prize of $500 (US Dollars), payable in the form of a money order that will be sent by trackable mail after validation of the winner's name, address and majority status.

The Sponsor reserves the right to change the terms of the contest or terminate it at any time, without prior notice if required. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, if for any reason the contest is not capable of running as planned or if the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the contest is corrupted or adversely affected, including by reason of tampering, fraud, technical failures or any other reason beyond its control, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest, including selecting winners and/or additional winners from previously received valid entries. The sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this contest, including but not limited to errors in advertising materials, internet postings, these contest rules, the selection and announcement of winners, or the distribution of the prize. The sponsor assumes no responsibility for any failure, problems or technical malfunction of any computer systems or networks or other systems, equipment or facilities relating to, or used in connection with, the contest. The sponsor does not accept any responsibility for entries which are delayed, misdirected, undelivered, incomplete, or unusable, for any reason whatsoever.

By entering this contest, all entrants consent and agree to the use of their name and their video entry, for any advertising, publicity and marketing purposes, without compensation from the contest sponsor.
